Yes, but most important is focus on diet because when you eat alot but you also doing exercise so it not helpful for weight loss. Overall your weight is determined by how many calories you take in versus how many calories you burn. Exercise is not helpful if you’re eating habits are not up to the same level.

Eating five to six meals a day in order to maximize your weight loss. By eating five small meals a day you are essentially spreading out your food into bunch of smaller meal. This strategy keeps you full throughout the day, keep your blood sugar level stable, keep your energy level stable and gives you the willpower to stay on track with your goals.

When you eat the right amount of calories to lose weight but you drink soda/sweet tea/juices etc. those liquid calories still count even if they don’t fill you up. It’s those calories that are either preventing you from weight loss or even cause you to gain weight.

 It depends. Calories you need depend on your weight, gender, activity level, age etc. 

The best exercise for the weight loss is the exercise you like the best. Find a form of exercise that you like and stick with it. and one thing is if you are fresher then start with slow to moderate type running then increase gradually and made change in type.

You should aim to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces. E.g. if your weight is 160pounds you should aim to drink 80 ounces (10 glasses) of water each day. Keep in mind that is minimum. First try to hit your minimum and then aim to little higher.
